DIRECTIONS

Cleanse the area to be bleached with cold water and gently pat dry. Mix the appropriate amount of Jolen Creme Bleach with the activator powder using the included spatula. Apply the mixture evenly over the area to be lightened. Leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse off with cold water. If needed, reapply for a few more minutes, but do not exceed 15 minutes of total application time.
